Refund policy
We accept returns only for orders where the following is true:
- the item received was incorrect, as in you were sent an item different to the one you ordered.
- product was damaged or compromised in transit and can no longer be used or consumed. Applies only to local deliveries via driver or courier. Please provide photos when requesting a refund.
- item(s) was not dispatched on the requested date by the customer during the check out process. Please note that the dispatch and delivery dates are not used in the same context, meaning if there are delays with a shipped item via USPS, FedEx, or UPS the refund request will not be accepted by us and would have to be filed directly with the carrier.
Cancelation:
Any order placed on the website can be cancelled within 48 hours of the requested delivery or shipping day.
