Important Note Regarding COVID-19:
Although we always plan our shipments to arrive as close to the selected date as possible, it is important to note that some areas, especially rural areas, are experiencing nationwide delays through USPS due to COVID-19. We are aware that this may be an inconvenience forย some of our customers. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please email info@thelittlesugars.com and we can address your issue directly.ย
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.ย
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat rate shipping anywhere in the USย at $7, $14, and $20 depending on the size of your package.ย We ship all of our orders via USPS.

Local delivery
We offer local delivery all over South Florida., up to 50 miles from our store located at 2028 Harrison Street, Suite 101, Hollywood Florida 33020.ย Please note that the cost of delivery is entirely dependent on the destination, at roughly $1/mile.
Deliveries are made from 9am-7pm from Monday to Saturday. We will contact you via the phone number or email address you provided at checkout to notify you once the order has been dispatched.
Free In-Store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store located on 2028 Harrison Street, Suite #101, Hollywood FL 33020. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on your specified date. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for pickup.
Our in-store pickup hours areย 9:30am-5:30pm on Monday - Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.ย

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.ย
If you havenโt received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.ย
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thelittlesugars.com with your order number and a photo of the itemโs condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
